really cool.. I was contacted by a publishing house in new york wanting to publish a biography of and use this image on the cover. (Done by painting a few layers of white gesso on wood, then i sketched out a vague image of the face and cut away with an exacto)

the Roots have kept me awake on many all night occasions. i made this piece here to tribute their amazing drummer, ?uestlove. I am diggin' the textures from this process, i did many prints before getting a decent image. definitely doing more of these. this was by far the best of the series.
